You have to understand that the speaker and the moderator have worked hard to get the audience engaged and videos often times disrupt this process. In addition, videos can present technical problems. If you build up an audience for them, then you better make sure that they work. If you absolutely have to have a video to demonstrate something of great value to your audience, then try to make them as brief as possible.
Rehearse and practice your webinar. One of the best ways to guarantee that you will have the great webinar is to practice and rehearse the event, and then after that practice and rehearse the event a couple of more times.
